It might be time to take a look at one cellulite reduction method that's more natural, that's inexpensive, very effective, and even fun. And that's called exercising. Exercise carries many benefits: It's good for our health, our hear, our state of mind, and our muscles. What's more, exercise can lead to cellulite elimination. Certain parts of the body such as the thighs and buttocks depend on exercises for slimming and strength building. You can do squats and leg curls with weights, 10 to 12 repetitions in your first set, followed by a two-minute break, then another 10 to 12 reps.

To make your cellulite disappear, try to do some weight lifting exercises with light weights three times per week. And be sure to give your body at least 24 hours rest between these kinds of workout. And be sure to add other kinds of exercise, not just weights. Other exercises can help train your entire body, not just the muscles in your butt and legs. Go for long walks on a regular basis, take your dog to the park... make it fun! Play tennis or swim. Take aerobics classes that you can do in groups with friends. The key is to make it fun. And get a new bike or dust off that old one you haven's used in years. Bike riding is low impact and so it's great on your joints. Plus, the pedaling action is perfect to work your cellulite problem areas in your legs, thighs and butt. Remember too the money saving aspect of riding a bike. Use it if you can to run errands or in nice weather ride to and from work (again, if you can, i.e. if it's not too far or does not involve a lot of riding on very busy roads, etc.). The car stays put, you won't be using gas, and you'll be getting beneficial exercise. So, even though gas these days is priced at record high levels, use that to your advantage. Get out and exercise more. Your fuel costs will be reduced and you'll also help to reduce your cellulite!
